West Island
One point of contact.
One direct number.
One organized project.
Zero surprises.
TURNKEY PROJECT MANAGEMENT
AND A CLIENT-FIRST EXPERIENCE.
The contractor who thinks execution is enough.
Most projects that go off the rails have exactly that in common.

No one running the project
Crews show up out of sequence, trades get in each other's way, and you're the one getting calls at 7 AM to deal with what the contractor should have anticipated.
You're the last to hear bad news
The project moves forward, or doesn't, and you have no idea. You hesitate to follow up, afraid to seem difficult. When an answer finally comes, it's vague. You end up managing your own stress instead of your project.
Decisions made without you
Material changes, plan modifications, surprise line items on the final invoice. No one consulted you. You find out after the fact, in your own home.
PEACE OF MIND. NOTHING LESS.
01
A quote with no grey areas.
Most renovation regrets come from poor communication and decisions that weren't properly understood. We speak plainly and structure your choices around time, quality, and budget, so every decision is the right one.
02
Full coordination.
A renovation in your home is an intrusion into your daily life. We minimize it: thoughtful scheduling, work areas kept clean and tidy, crews who treat your home like their own.
03
Follow-up even after the project ends.
Project delivery isn't a file closure. We inspect every finish with you, and if something comes up in the weeks after, you have a direct number, not a general line.

That's why we've built our approach around these three commitments.
Not promises. Practices.
Ready to move forward?
The ranges below reflect typical investments for each type of work, materials and labour included.
KITCHENS
$25,000 to $80,000
Cabinetry, countertops, appliances, ventilation, plumbing, electrical. The kitchen is where the most trades converge. That's exactly where coordination makes all the difference.
BATHROOMS
$15,000 to $50,000
Tiling, plumbing, vanity, shower, lighting. We coordinate all the trades so the space is delivered without compromise on finish quality, even when it's your only bathroom.
$15,000 to $60,000
Bedroom, entryway, hallway, living room, dining room, walk-in, home office. Any interior space worth rethinking, expanding, or simply refreshing with quality materials and execution.
$20,000 to $100,000
Insulation, framing, electrical, flooring, ceiling, integrated bathroom if needed. A finished basement increases your livable space and resale value. We manage the full sequence to avoid costly rework.
To deliver the best experience to every client, we take on a limited number of projects at a time.
